Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources Lead,
M&A.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct HR due diligence to evaluate risks, opportunities, and
cultural fit in M&A transactions
Develop and execute HR integration strategies to ensure smooth
transitions post-merger or acquisition
Lead organizational design efforts to optimize structure and roles
in the integrated organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of extensive experience in HR leadership roles focused on
M&A and organizational development
Strong knowledge of M&A processes, due diligence, and
integration planning
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and cultural
dynamics
Experience with change management strategies in M&A
contexts
