Description RN - Infection Preventionist at Providence Mount St. Vincent Schedule: Full time, Day shift Job description: The Infection Prevention Specialist is considered an Infection Prevention Practitioner. An IP Specialist is expected to work autonomously and should not require mentorship in their role.     • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Lab Sciences, Microbiology or related health science field or equivalent educ/experience
    • National Certified in Infection Control - Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology within 1 year of hire
    • 1 year of Healthcare Experience
    • 1 year of Epidemiology Experience Preferred Qualifications:
      • Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Lab Sciences, Microbiology or related health science field or equivalent educ/experience
      • 4 years of Healthcare Experience
