Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our afterhours hospice care team in Centralia. As an Afterhours Hospice RN, you will provide expert end-of-life care to patients and their families outside of regular business hours.Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive and timely delivery of hospice care for patients and their families after regular business hours.
Triage patient needs over the phone until a nurse can provide an in-person visit.
Respond to crisis calls from patients and families afterhours with urgency and compassion.Requirements
- One year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice and one year of clinical experience.
