Job Title: Pain Management Registered Nurse

Job Summary:
Swedish Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pain Management Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Pain Management Registered Nurse, you will work closely with patients and healthcare teams to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and interpret patient data to identify needs and potential problems.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluate patient response to care and make adjustments as needed.
• Deliver patient care based on pathophysiology and nursing principles.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of nursing experience in pain services.
