About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at One Medical. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our clinical settings.Key Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture services to patients of all ages
• Collect and process non-blood specimens, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
• Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling, and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization
• Assist with clerical duties such as answering patient messages, following up on lab cases, and assisting providers with billing inquiries and DOH reporting
• Use C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions to ensure a positive in-office experience
• Perform front-of-house duties including check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and prepping tests
• Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in problem-solvingRequirements
  • Active phlebotomy certification to practice in WA
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously
