Job Description:Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As an Operating Room Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Perform various surgical procedures, including preparing patients for surgery, positioning patients on the operating table, and assisting surgeons during operations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 1 year of Operating Room experience or 2 years of acute care experience.Preferred Qualifications:
