Pain Management RNAt Swedish Health Services, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pain Services team. As a Pain Management RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.Responsibilities

• Collect patient data to identify needs and potential problems, and develop individualized care plans to address these issues.
• Deliver patient care based on pathophysiology and nursing principles, and evaluate patient response to care to initiate changes as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers to provide comprehensive care and advocate for patient needs.
• Document complete and accurate information on all chart forms, and report to oncoming shifts in a concise and relevant manner.Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
