As a Flex Lab Services Specialist, you'll provide top-notch venipuncture services, perform extended scope duties, and maintain high standards of in-office care.You'll be an ambassador for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience in our offices.Responsibilities include:

• Providing best-in-class venipuncture services
• Performing and assisting with extended scope duties
• Maintaining high standards of in-office care
• Dispensary responsibilities, including verifying counts and maintaining inventory
• Continuing to care for our members beyond the lab roomWhat You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • An active phlebotomy certification
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer technology
