Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Healthcare Collections Specialist
to perform specialized collection work to reduce outstanding
accounts receivables.
Key Responsibilities
Document accurate and up-to-date information in account history
while maintaining confidentiality
Assist patients with payment arrangements and negotiate within
payment guidelines
Work collaboratively in a virtual team to achieve daily and monthly
collection goals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Collection experience is preferred
6 months of customer service experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient PC knowledge and typing speed of 30-40 wpm
