.Position SummaryThe Translational Program Management Team Intern
will play a pivotal role in optimizing project management processes
and maximizing the functionality of Smartsheet software within our
organization. This position is designed for an undergraduate
student with a keen interest in healthcare, translational sciences,
or program management and a talent for technological
applications.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with program
managers to document detailed project management processes.- Assist
in the customization and enhancement of Smartsheet templates and
tools to improve program tracking and reporting capabilities.-
Participate in the analysis of program management workflows and
suggest improvements for efficiency.- Support the team in the
integration of Smartsheet with other software tools to create a
seamless management ecosystem.- Contribute to the development of
training materials and user guides for Smartsheet users within the
organization.Qualifications & Experience- Currently enrolled in an
undergraduate program with a focus on healthcare, business
administration, project management, information systems, or a
related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
an ability to identify process improvements and innovative
solutions.- Preferred experience in software systems, such as MS
Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar software.- Excellent
communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a
proficiency in documenting processes and creating clear,
user-friendly guides.- A proactive learner with a willingness to
immerse themselves in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The
starting compensation for this job is a range from $21.00/hour -
$29.00/hour. The starting pay rate takes into account
characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the
geographic location where work is performed. Final individual
compensation is decided commensurate with demonstrated experience
