This is Landon with Aya Locums. There are 4 NEW Family NP positions near Seattle, WA that we are hiring for immediately!

Specialty: Family Practice
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch. Saturday hours optional for OT rate.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Please note in schedule they are looking for someone 3 days/week and would be ideal if local provider who could go between Kent and Seattle to work a total of 5 days/week.
Work Details:
Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator they will submit timecards to.
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FT. 40hrs/week.
Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 18 patients. May be less depending on cancellations, etc, but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced.
Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers should have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site. Provider is not required to be bilingual, but would be a plus. OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management. They will consider providers for a minimum of 3 days/week if they are local and do not require housing. They maybe caring for same day walk in patients.
EMR: EPIC
Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.
Practice Setting: --- Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center
Traveling Logistics: Flights, rental car or mileage and lodging.
Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
DEA: Active WA DEA required
Certifications Required: Will be discussed at time of credentialing. If any certs are required, provider will be responsible for obtaining. (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
Minimum Experience Required: MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered. MUST have minimum of 2 years experience as an FNP and face to face patient contact within past year.
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
