Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between Brokers and various
departments throughout the loan process
Ensure compliance with deadlines and verify necessary documentation
for loan applications
Proactively monitor loan pipelines and maintain communication with
Brokers and Account Executives
Required Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of wholesale loan production and mortgage loan
processing
Five or more years of experience as a Wholesale Account Manager or
Mortgage Loan Processor
High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college
coursework or degree preferred
Familiarity with FHA & VA and strong knowledge of RESPA
regulations
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
