Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Career
Management Center for MBA & MSBA Career Management Center
(Part-time, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a comprehensive career management model for MSBA students
and assist in coaching MPS students
Provide one-on-one career advisement and collaborate with faculty,
recruiters, and alumni
Track and record employment outcomes, monitor program success, and
implement improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or
equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working directly with students and interfacing with
alumni and corporate recruiters
Familiarity with business school education and industries such as
consulting, finance, marketing, and tech
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while fostering a
respectful work environment
Experience using software systems like Qualtrics, Canvas, and
Microsoft Office Products
