Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthplan Informatics Manager to
coordinate reporting and analytical projects within the Analytics
Organization.
Key Responsibilities
Align reporting and analytics efforts with organizational goals
Lead collaboration and establish effective working relationships
across teams
Manage project portfolios and execute reporting and analytics
solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business, healthcare, or quantitative field;
Master's degree preferred
Eight or more years of experience in business intelligence,
analytics, and reporting
Three or more years of management experience with cross-functional
teams
Experience in managing complex projects and developing data-driven
initiatives
Knowledge of healthcare data analysis and BI tools, including SAS
and SQL
