Key Responsibilities
Architect and scale a core business function, such as Sales,
Support, Success, or Partnerships
Develop scalable playbooks to transform early traction into
repeatable processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of value to
healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
Experience as a founder or co-founder, with a proven track record
of building and scaling operations
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and take initiative
without waiting for permission
Proficiency in collaborating across various disciplines, including
product, engineering, and marketing
Strong focus on customer-centric thinking and delivering measurable
value
Availability during core working hours (6am-6pm PT) and comfort in
fast-paced, distributed settings
