What You'll DoAs the Regional Manager, you'll be the heart of our operations, supporting multiple caf-- locations by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and upholding our standards of quality and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring the stores to achieve success and drive growth
  
• Ensuring each location delivers top-notch customer service that keeps guests coming back
  
• Monitoring quality control, health, and safety standards at all stores
  
• Implementing sales strategies and promotions to boost performance
  
• Recruiting, hiring, and training new team members
  
• Analyzing performance metrics to optimize processes and set achievable goals
  
  What We're Looking For
  
  
• Experience: 3+ years in a similar management role (bonus points if you've worked in food & beverage)
  
• Leadership: You're an inspiring, approachable leader with a talent for building strong, motivated teams
