A company is looking for a Post-Sales Operations Manager to
shape and drive the strategy of the Post-Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the VP of Post-Sales to define and execute
strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics for
Post-Sales teams
Manage and optimize workflows and processes for efficient
operations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or
business strategy
Experience in building and optimizing processes to improve
efficiency
Proficiency with project management and productivity tools
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for
decision-making
Experience in capacity planning, resource management, and
budgeting
