Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Enterprise Agile to
lead the agile team and advance the adoption of Agile/SAFe
practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and development to direct reports, fostering
professional growth
Ensure alignment of departmental resources and priorities with
organizational objectives
Coach teams on Agile practices and maintain required artifacts and
rituals for effective delivery
Required Qualifications
Strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe
Experience in managing and developing teams
Ability to design and improve metrics for value delivery and
practice maturity
Experience in budget preparation and accountability for
departmental expenses
Commitment to child protection and ethical decision-making within
the ministry context
