Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee a new
team of 3D engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble, supervise, and mentor the 3D engineering team
Set priorities and coordinate efficient execution across the
team
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to
integrate 3D tools into the pipeline
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing teams with a minimum of five
engineers
4+ years of experience as a 3D/CAD/CAM or robotic automation
software engineer
Experience building user-facing applications leveraging common GUI
concepts
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional
experience
Experience in profiling, debugging, and testing complex systems
