Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager II responsible
for building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure
satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure a
smooth transition
Partner with Account Executives to maintain relationships and
provide updates on features
Identify client issues and coordinate with internal teams for
timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience)
3-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a
related role
Prior experience with SaaS and enterprise software is desirable
Prior experience with professional services is desirable
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
