Job Description:

Senior Product Manager for Seattle, WA to lead projects to develop, launch & scale new software-as-a-service products from concept to delivery; collaborate with business & technical stakeholders to define product requirements and drive project execution; develop product strategy, roadmaps, plans & specification schedules; facilitate Agile development processes throughout software development lifecycle; drive change management. Requires Master's in C.S., Computer or Software Engineering, Software Management, or closely-related technical field & 3 yrs experience in IT-related product and/or project management position(s): identifying & decomposing customer problems, use cases, and business needs into actionable tasks and stories; tracking product deliverables using SAFe Agile principles; performing user & market research including creating customer personas, gathering direct and indirect feedback from prospective customers, and analyzing competitor products; working with teams in different countries and/or business regions to deliver & support software product releases using OKRs and continuous feedback loops; managing vendor and/or external partner relationships; building KPI metrics; and developing product roadmaps. Will also accept Bachelor's in said fields & 5 yrs progressive post-Bachelor's stated experience. Telecommuting permitted from home office location within reasonable commuting distance of Seattle, WA up to 3 days per week. Up to 20% U.S. and int'l travel req'd. Salary Range: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $192,000.00 to $225,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
