A company is looking for a Global Director of Program Management
for Software Monetization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a global team of project managers and supervise the project
management office
Develop and implement a global strategy for professional services
delivery in software monetization
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the project
lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
15 years of program management experience or proven engineering
development experience, including software monetization
Ability to interpret complex requirements and simplify them for
application
Strong leadership qualities in mobilizing and coordinating various
internal and external stakeholders
Experience in driving revenue growth through value-added services
and identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities
