Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payments Program Manager to lead
payment adoption initiatives for accounting firms.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive payment processing adoption with customers and their
clients
Analyze client payment data to identify and target growth
opportunities
Develop and implement initiatives to increase electronic payment
usage
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in payment acceptance processing, ideally in
the CPA industry
Fluency in Excel and reporting tools such as Looker, Qlik Sense,
Tableau, or PowerBI
Strong understanding of the financial benefits of incremental
improvements
Experience in educating clients on the adoption of new
technology
Ability to track and interpret data accurately for actionable
recommendations
