Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee
the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the review, drafting, and negotiation of customer and vendor
contracts
Implement and manage contract workflows within the software
platform
Support broader corporate legal functions, including governance,
compliance, and risk management
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed attorney with 3-5 years of experience in contract
management and corporate legal work
Strong understanding of contract law and corporate legal
principles
Experience with contract management software
Proven background in software licensing, SaaS agreements, and
telecommunications services
