Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Clinical Healthcare
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and evaluate initiatives to enhance operational
efficiency and clinical outcomes
Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical operations team,
promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and build
strong relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum of ten (10) years of healthcare experience, preferably in
care delivery for kidney disease or chronic illness
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare
operations
Demonstrated success in driving and implementing operational
strategies to improve patient outcomes
Experience scaling a high-growth organization
Active clinical licensure (preferably RN, but also considering SW,
RD, Pharmacist, or others) preferred
