Entra Core Services seeks a Principal Engineering Manager to help our team tackle some of our most complex problems - our team, of which you would be a part, is charged to increase availability of mission-critical services, building K8S based runtime platform to serve over 1B humans globally. As a Principal Engineering Manager within Identity Platform, you will lead engineers working on key components enabling Microsoft Entra to deliver industry-leading products that delight customers. Our Entra services usually process millions of requests per second, reliably powering hundreds of billions of authentications per day, setting availability targets (> 99.99%). You bring a mix of strategy and tactics: creating clarity on where services need to be in 2-3 years' time, building and growing the right team to deliver, and diving deep into the details of what we are building.
