The Opportunity
DAT is looking for a Engineering Manager - UX Web
Frameworks/Platform to join our team working hybrid in Denver,
Colorado; or remote Seattle, Washington.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to
lead our UX Web Frameworks/Platform team. In this role, you will
oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of
frameworks and platforms that empower our UX teams to build
scalable, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate
closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to
ensure the delivery of innovative and user-centric solutions,
driving consistency and efficiency across web experiences.

$155,000.00 + benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can
vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and
experience. DAT considers factors such as scope and
responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience,
education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market
and business elements when extending an offer.
