Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Alliance Manager to lead
partnership efforts in the HR technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic alliances, including
building business cases and negotiating agreements
Continuously assess and manage alliance performance to ensure
alignment with corporate objectives
Conduct market research to identify potential partners and drive
revenue through collaboration with sales and product teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships or
corporate development, preferably in HR technology
Experience as an investment banker, management consultant, or
corporate development professional in software is a plus
Proven ability to initiate and drive initiatives to successful
completion
Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and
quantitative analysis
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and
professionalism
