OverviewThe VP of Operations is a highly visible position reporting
to the President and is a key business leader responsible for
manufacturing production and support teams at Hytek Finishes. The
role manages the functions of Production, Facilities & Chemical
Maintenance, Procurement, and Safety. Achieves the highest level of
safety, quality, and timely completion of all manufacturing
processes. Exhibits a drive for results and the strong business
acumen required to accomplish a wide variety of responsibilities.
The position is a part of the Senior Leadership team and supports
senior leadership in all functions required to lead the
business.
