Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to manage
customer and vendor contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts
Oversee the entire contractual process, ensuring compliance with
legal and operational requirements
Collaborate with leadership and engineering to improve contract
management workflows
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed attorney with 3-5 years of experience in contract
management and corporate legal work
Strong understanding of contract law and corporate legal
principles
Experience with contract management software and telecom/software
industry regulations
Proven background managing software licensing and SaaS
agreements
