qualified Case Manager RN in Olympia, Washington, 98506 About The
Position Job Title: Care Manager RN Job Specialty: Registered Nurse
- Case Manager Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 -
17:30), Option for 5x8-Hour Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: WA RN license or
Compact RN license required Certifications: BLS required, CCM or
ACM preferred Must-Have: Inpatient acute care experience Job
Description: - Manage and coordinate comprehensive care for
patients, with a focus on facilitating optimal outcomes. - Work
within a Short-Term Acute Care Facility with a total of 325 staffed
beds. - Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation. - Expected to
float between various similar units including ICU, PCU, ED, Family
Birth, and Adult Medical. - First-time travelers are accepted;
however, local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible.
- Weekend work may be required every other weekend. - Previous
experience with Milliman Guidelines or InterQual Criteria is a
plus. - Must provide a full year of employment references within
the last three years. - Complete orientation with 40 hours of
non-billable time. - Engage in modules estimated to take an average
of 16 hours, completed pre-start and annually. More than 20 hours
require approval. - Communication devices will be supplied as
needed for work duties; if not provided, reimbursement will be
