A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent to oversee
the recruitment lifecycle and talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet
business objectives
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive
candidate experience
Design and execute training and development initiatives to enhance
employee skills and promote career growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with 5+ years in
management
3+ years of experience in designing and implementing training
programs preferred
Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking
systems
Experience integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
into recruitment and talent development strategies
