Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Systems Engineer I
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for security system applications,
minimizing user impact during installations and upgrades
Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, performance, and
resource availability
Continuously enhance systems and processes for improved technical
effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in a systems support
role, or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years in Security Systems
support
Experience with Video Surveillance, Intrusion, and Access Control
systems and hardware
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
Ability to be on call 24/7
Exposure to Business Continuity Processes
