Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of FP&A, Revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a global revenue team of 25+ employees, focusing on hiring,
mentoring, and strategic direction
Partner with executive leadership to drive revenue strategy and
decision-making
Oversee revenue forecasting processes and communicate revenue
performance to various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
15+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, including 7
years in leadership overseeing revenue finance teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex
information
Proven leadership abilities with experience in building
high-performing distributed teams
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA is a plus
Prior experience in the technology industry, particularly in PLG
and Enterprise Cloud/SaaS, is required
