Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior CRE Closing Administrator
responsible for documenting and closing commercial real estate
loans.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare documentation for complex real estate transactions and
mentor new staff
Review appraisals and manage loan disbursements according to
policies and guidelines
Oversee loan files and ensure compliance with regulations and
security requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer
Science, or related field
6 or more years of experience in commercial real estate banking
Knowledge of credit policy and procedures
Extensive understanding of AIA documentation and budget balancing
requirements
Knowledge of federal and state laws related to real estate
lending
